1. A quote with inclusions, exclusions and a timeline will be provided.
2. Once quote is agreed upon, a deposit invoice for 30% of full project quote will be provided – and must be paid – prior to project commencement, with remainder to be paid within four weeks of completion of agreed inclusions.*
3. Requests made after the deposit payment that sit outside the scope of inclusions will not be carried out by default. Luke Breadon reserves the right to either quote separately for any such inclusions or, in the instance of the request sitting outside his area of expertise, to politely decline the absorption of the request.
4. If during the course of any given project there is a period of non-response exceeding a) three calendar months or b) the full length of the agreed timeline (whichever comes first), your deposit will be forfeited and no further work will be carried out.
*For new websites: admin access will be revoked if remaining 70% payment not made within four weeks. Access will be reinstated once full payment received.
