Email design sytem
Cochlear exports best-in-class hearing implant technology worldwide. I was hired to integrate marketing automation into the company’s digital transformation. I was tasked with the implementation of a global email marketing template and nurture strategy.
I designed an email system using Marketo which replaced hundreds of bespoke templates with one highly adaptable design system. This centralised all the nitty-gritty code and meant any necessary updates to the template could be done once and instantly applied globally.
I was engaged as the sole designer and developer for the project, including the build of the Marketo templates and custom variables for easy editing and maximum flexibility. The design system is still in use in 2023.
