The brief

During my time as Digital Creative Lead at EDF Energy, I was tasked with finding innovative new ways of allowing potential customers to receive energy quotes and sign up to plans.

Design solution

I successfully pitched a Facebook Messenger chatbot, designing the flow of questions which mimicked the customer flow on the existing website. The result was a completely automated quotation system for Facebook users who engaged with the EDF Energy Facebook page.

What was my input?

I designed the user journey (a flow of questions), and created the associated visual assets and a video demo of the chatbot ready for developers to implement.
