The brief

The premise of MateWire was that wherever you were in the world you could find and “join” activities, making new friends based on your interests in the process.
Joining startup MateWire as a cofounder, the brief was to define the user experience, produce wireframes and design the finished app.

Design solution

I designed the brand identity for MateWire, and adapted the design language to a completed app, along with marketing material. MateWire received a $20,000 investment from startup incubator PushStart in 2012, who also acquired the app a year later.
